Ah, July. The dog days of summer are here. Patriotism and Fourth of July are all the buzz and summer vacations abound. We are closed on the Fourth, but for the other 30 days of July our doors are open and it’s endless summer with the best Mexican food in Seattle. Try our delicious spin on a classic mole coloradito with bistec. It will light up your senses like Fourth of July fireworks. It’s a regular taste ‘splosion!
Or maybe you’d prefer our Salmon con Tamarindo. This seasonal menu special combines the flavors of the Northwest and Mexico in a beautiful mélange of grilled wild salmon with a tamarind orange glaze, accented by mashed sweet potatoes and cider greens. Do we have your attention now?
Finally, we highly recommend a refreshing margarita or jalapeno-lime slushy to accent your meal. It’s our passion to bring you a little Mexico in Seattle, even if the origin of the margarita probably happened in the U.S. Enjoy the summer sunshine in Fremont!
Join us for brunch, lunch or dinner. We are located at 607 N 35th St, Seattle, WA 98103, just behind 9 Million… or Triangle… or whatever it’s called this year. That’s in the middle of Fremont (which is also known as “the center of the universe,” so we’re really in the thick of it all). When you think amazing house-made Mexican food in Seattle, always think El Camino! Ja ja.
