A Mexican Seattle Summer

Now that Fremont Solstice is behind us and the clamor of the parade still rings in our ears, we turn our attention to a real Seattle summer. Yes, it’s that sweet time of the year, time for vacations, boat days, beisbol, suntans and, of course, cool, cool happy hour margaritas. It’s not endless, but it’s happening.

Leave the big city at our welcoming doorstep and feel a chill vibe wash over you as you savor authentic Mexican dishes like our Bistec al Estilo Capatalino or a plate of crispy plantain chips with salsa fresca and fresh guacamole. We also serve the best Mexican brunch in Fremont every weekend and our daily happy hour menu includes a tasty variety of tacos and quesadillas.

You can sample good mezcal or Mexican beer in our bar or bring the kids and sit in our dining room or new outdoor patio area in front. We have one of the best selections of mezcals in Seattle, so make sure to ask our talented bartenders about where to begin mezcal summer school. In fact, test them on the origin of the margarita while you’re at it.

Whether you have big plans or no plans at all this summer, you should plan to spend your best summer days at El Camino, one of the most popular Mexican Restaurants in Seattle. We can’t wait to see your smiling face at 607 N 35th St, Seattle, WA 98103.

El Camino is closed on the Fourth of July, but our doors are open for the other 30 days of the month. The garage doors are probably up too. See you soon, amigos!

  • Bumbershoot, Brunch and More

Wow, is it September already? That snuck up fast. Since its humble beginnings in 1971, Bumbershoot (often mistakenly called “Bumpershoot”) […]
