Did you know that El Camino has a sister restaurant south of downtown Seattle? That’s right. South Town Pie is located next to Loretta’s in South Park at 8611 14th Ave S, Seattle, WA 98108. Renowned Seattle chef Sam Crannell (previously of LloydMartin) joined forces with the owners of El Camino to open South Town Pie in June of 2018.
This isn’t your average pizza. You’ll find fantastic pies made with only the choicest ingredients. For instance, South Town’s pizza dough is made with Small’s Family Farm flour from Walla Walla and the meat toppings are all from Zoe’s Meats. Now that’s not your everyday pie (although it could be, actually, if you visit enough).
South Town Pie has already been lauded by Seattle Met and The Seattle Times and, most recently, they were featured in the October 2018 issue of Seattle Magazine. Read Seattle Magazine’s online article about South Town Pie or visit the South Town Pie website. Heck, just get yourself down to South Park and grab a slice of heaven. You’ll probably see some familiar staff there.
We won’t be serving pizza any time soon at El Camino, but we’re so excited about our sister restaurant. And, if pizza’s not your bag, you will always find authentic Mexican food and Seattle’s best happy hour margaritas in downtown Fremont at El Camino. There’s no better time than today for a mental Mexican getaway. See you soon.
