We Pity the Fool

Rain-Soaked Seattleites,

On behalf of El Camino’s staff, we sincerely hope no one makes a fool of you on April Fool’s Day. It’s an embarrassing experience that kind of takes the wind out of your sails. But, if you happen to get fooled, El Camino has the best Mexican comfort food in Seattle to help you feel better.

We understand your pain (firsthand) and our house-made posole or shrimp quesadilla with three scrumptious cheeses should return some of your pride… or at least you’ll feel like someone cares (our chef Arturo). Chances are you’ll leave our Mexican restaurant in Fremont with a whole new attitude and as Roger Daltrey once said, “You won’t get fooled again*.”

Reminder: If the embarrassment and constant rain doesn’t frustrate you enough this April, Tax Day is smack dab in the middle of the month. That’s a bummer, dude. But, once again, it’s El Camino to the rescue! Our new cocktail slushy machine is the bomb. No kidding, the pineapple-lime-jalapeno margarita is gonna blow your mind, right after the most pleasant brain freeze you’ve ever had.

Always remember, there’s nothing taxing about El Camino. We even serve authentic Mexican food for lunch all week. If you work in the neighborhood or if you’re coming from Ballard, Wallingford or Queen Anne, stop in and discover how our traditional house-made Mexican dishes make the most soul-satisfying lunch in Seattle. Try one of our mouthwatering tortas, tacos or enchiladas en mole.

Now for your insufficient Moment of Zen: “April showers bring May flowers.”

*No guarantees no foolin’.
