Mimosa Tower
Take brunch to the next level with our mimosa tower. This features four different mimosa flavors. Mimosa flavors may include guava, pomeganate, mango, and passion fruit. This is great for sharing with friends.
Mexican French Toast
Our Mexican French Toast is perfect for anyone who prefers a sweet treat for breakfast. This dish features grilled bakery bread that has soaked in egg and piloncillo syrup, seasoned with Mexican cinnamon and orange zest. This french toast is finished with crème anglaise and fresh fruit.
Huevos Entomatados
This brunch specialty is made with queso fresco cheese enchiladas topped with two poached eggs, fresh tomato chipotle sauce, cilantro, onion, and avocado. This dish pairs perfectly with our mimosa tower.
