The Bistec Al Estilo Capitalino is the most popular item on our lunch and dinner menu. This dish includes cheese enchiladas topped with grilled skirt steak and housemade mole coloradito. It’s the perfect combo of tender meat, cheese, and spice.
Huevos Entomatados
This brunch specialty is made with queso fresco cheese enchiladas topped with two poached eggs, fresh tomato chipotle sauce, cilantro, onion, and avocado. This dish pairs perfectly with our mimosa tower.
Entomatadas Vegetarianas
This enchilada plate is one of our signature vegetarian options that is also gluten free. Dig into enchiladas filled with roasted portabella mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini, and other veggies. This dish is topped with a chipotle tomato sauce and served with a side of rice and beans.
