Guiding your tasting journey is Aaron Alger of Mezcal Amarás, a respected spirits educator and certified Tequila and Mezcal Specialist. Having made more than 35 trips to Mexico's tequila region and numerous visits to Oaxaca, Aaron brings a deep knowledge of mezcal's traditions, terroir, and craftsmanship, along with a passion for sharing its story.
For this special evening, Aaron has curated a selection of Amarás expressions, thoughtfully paired with a four-course menu by our own Chef Arturo Perez. Gather fireside on our cozy back deck as each course reveals new dimensions of flavor, complementing the distinctive character of every mezcal.
